Oh, it’s getting exciting!
It’s now the run-up to Christmas- the decorations are coming out, the plans are made and the gifting has begun.
We love love love making and we especially love making at this time of year.
We’re getting the shop orders out, and prepping for Christmas fairs, the special requests are coming in and the online orders going out to friends and family abroad.
It’s busy in the studio and there’s a lovely wee buzz about.
We love it.
After 14 years in retail- there are several things I have learned about Christmas customer service.
The most important thing you can do is make life that little easier for the customer- I do miss the chats and finding the perfect gift with the customer but we can still offer that service online- just drop us a line or give us a call if you’d like a little help!
And to make everything even better- we pop in a sweet little bespoke gift bag with every online order. We can also gift wrap upon request.
We may even pop in a little chocolate treat….sure its Christmas after all!
