Ordering & Shipping:

• All our items are crafted upon order. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation.
• We'll notify you again when your order is ready to ship.
• Each piece of jewellery is lovingly handcrafted; thus, slight variations between items are to be expected, underscoring their unique artisanal quality.

Packaging:

• Every purchase is elegantly wrapped in a bespoke Lynsey de Burca box, accompanied by a gift bag.

Returns & Refunds:

• We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us within seven working days from the day you receive your item.
• Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
• As the safe return of the item is your responsibility until we receive it, we recommend using traceable post.
• Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund promptly, ensuring it is completed within thirty days from the day we receive your return notification.
